AC Milan complete shock move for former Barcelona midfielder

Former FC Barcelona midfielder Alen Halilovic is on the verge to complete a transfer to AC Milan. The Croatian midfielder has completed the first part of his medical on Thursday and is set to complete his move from German side Hamburger SV on Friday.

Halilovic spent last season on loan with Spanish side Las Palmas, where he featured in 21 games. It was expected he would return to Germany, but after HSV’s shock relegation from the Bundesliga, Halilovic has opted to move away from the club.

Reports from Italy claim that Halilovic had been in talks with Udinese for the past few weeks, but he secretly arrived to join the Rossoneri last night. He is expected to sign a three-year contract at AC Milan.
