AS Roma are preparing a January transfer bid to sign Turkish wonderkid Ozan Kabak. Reports in Turkey claim that the Italians have been sending scouts towards Galatasaray in recent months and that the club is now prepared to make a bid as soon as the January transfer window opens up.
It is believed that the young central defender has a €7.5M release clause in his current contract. However, Kabak is currently negotiating a new deal at the Turkish giants and it is expected that a new deal would almost treble the release clause.
Reports claim that the young defender has also caught the interest of Manchester United and Olympique Lyon. But, according to FotoMac, Giallorossi director of football Monchi is the favourite to convince him into a move to AS Roma if he were to decide to leave Galatasaray behind.
