‘Unhappy’ Morata could make LaLiga return this summer

Alvaro Morata could be making a return to the Spanish LaLiga this summer. The Chelsea forward is reportedly unhappy at Stamford Bridge and could be out on his way to the exit this summer. According to Estadio Deportivo, Morata has been placed on Sevilla’s wanted list.

Morata joined Chelsea 18 months ago in a deal worth €66M from Real Madrid. The Spain international has never managed to impress for the Blues and was already linked with a move away last summer. Despite fighting for his chances under new boss Maurizio Sarri, Morata remains unhappy at the club.

Sevilla could be an option for the 26-year-old next season. The current number 3 in LaLiga will be looking for a new forward as it is expected that André Silva will be returning to AC Milan after this season. The reports claim that Sevilla hope to loan Morata for next season, however it remains unclear if they also want to add a buy-option in the loan deal.
