FC Barcelona and Sevilla have agreed terms for the transfer of Munir el Haddadi, the clubs have announced. The 23-year-old will now undergo a medical and will then sign a multi-year contract at the Andalusian club.
“The club would like to thank Munir El Haddadi for his dedication and commitment and wishes him all the best for the future,” Barcelona said in a statement on their official website. The Catalan giants have agreed terms for a €1m fee as Munir will complete a move immediately.
Munir, who had an expiring contract, had spent the last two seasons on loan at Valencia and Deportivo Alaves. He returned to the Nou Camp last summer, but never managed to impress under Ernesto Valverde. Munir made 16 appearances in his career for Barcelona, scoring four goals.
