Bayern Munich should be making a move for Bayer Leverkusen‘s Kai Havertz, says Thomas Muller. The German attacking midfielder is an admirer of his young countryman and hopes his club will try to sign him during the summer transfer window.
“In my last appearances for the national team, I enjoyed training and playing with him,”Müller the German media. “He’s an extremely good player, if not Europe’s top talent in his age. He has very good abilities. At Bayern, we want to have the best players with the best abilities.”
“Unfortunately, I have no insight into the financial area and the sports director area. I don’t know what is planned and which budget can be allocated to transfers in the current situation.” It is believed Bayern has interest in Havertz, but the German giants have prioritised Manchester City‘s Leroy Sané, who they have been trailing for months.
