Bayern Munich are willing to sell David Alaba this summer, reports the Daily Telegraph. The German giants are keen to cash in on the Austrian after talks to extend his contract have been stalled for unknown reasons.
Alaba’s current deal will run out in the summer of 2021 and it is believed that the versatile Austrian international is considering a new adventure outside of Germany. The 27-year-old has been with Bayern since 2009 and he has stated he would love to play in the Premier League at some point during his career.
The rumours of Alaba’s wishes to leave Bayern have alerted several clubs in Europe. Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United have already been linked with the €55m rated defender in recent years, while Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid have also been considered as possible candidates to sign Alaba if he comes available.
