Wolves boss Nuno Espirito fears to lose star player Adama Traore next season

Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Espirito Santo fears he will lose Adama Traore next season amid continued speculation linking the winger with a move away from Wolves. The former FC Barcelona winger has enjoyed an impressive season at Wolves, scoring 4 goals and providing 8 assists in the Premier League.

“Adama is a special player, he is unique”, the Wolves boss said during a press conference ahead of Wolves’ home game against Bournemouth on Wednesday. “He has things to improve. It is our decision how we manage the team. We have a lot of things to judge on and make the right decisions.”

When asked if Traore would remain at Wolves next season, Nuno wasn’t able to confirm. “I don’t know. He is here now and ready to go tomorrow. No speculation. We just do what we need to do.” In recent months Traore has been linked with a moves to Liverpool and Arsenal. Wolves could be open to sell Traore during the summer window, but only for a fee around the €50m mark.
