Bayern Munich have joined the race in the hunt for English wonderkid Jude Bellingham. The young Birmingham City midfielder has been negotiating terms with Borussia Dortmund and it’s even believed that he has already agreed to a long-term contract, favouring the Germans ahead of Manchester United.
According to Kicker, Bayern have now entered the race and could make a last-minute offer for Bellingham. The freshly crowned Bundesliga are prepared to match Birmingham City’s transfer demands and could offer a €22m fee, with Dortmund still in talks with the English club to find an agreement.
Therefore it could be possible that Bayern will eventually snap up Bellingham, despite the youngster agreed terms with Dortmund. The 16-year-old, who will turn 17 next week, is considered to be one of the biggest talents in English football. He had his breakout season for Birmingham this year, playing 36 league games and scoring four goals.
