Dutch giants PSV ready to shop in the Premier League for former Eredivisie stars

PSV are interested in signing Alireza Jahanbakhsh (26) and Marco van Ginkel (27) this summer. Dutch football outlet Voetbal International report that the Dutch giants have already made contact with the player’s agents to inform if they will be available for a transfer and at what price.

Former AZ winger Jahanbakhsh currently plays for Brighton Hove & Albion but is not in Graham Potter’s plans. The Iranian international has made 8 Premier League appearances this season and could be one of the players to leave the club this summer. Earlier Ajax also showed interest in bringing Jahanbakhsh back to the Eredivisie.

PSV also hopes to resign former captain Marco van Ginkel. The Dutch midfielder is almost recovered from a knee injury, which took him two years to recover from. While Van Ginkel recently penned a new two-year deal at Chelsea, it is expected that the Blues will allow the Dutchman to leave the club either on loan or on a full transfer.
