Juventus recently completed the signing of Arthur Melo from FC Barcelona for a fee of €80m. According to Tuttosport, the Bianconeri are not finished on the transfer market and head coach Maurizio Sarri has requested to sign at least one more ‘playmaker’ for his midfield. Main target for Juventus is Chelsea‘s Jorginho.
The Brazilian born Italy international is one of Sarri’s favourite players and both have already worked together at Napoli and Chelsea. The reports claim that Sarri is keen on another reunion with Jorginho and has asked Juve to make an enquiry for the midfielder. However, it seems unlikely Chelsea would want to sell the midfielder.
If the Blues don’t want to sell Jorginho, Sarri could turn his attention to the Ligue 1. It is believed Houssem Aouar and Leandro Paredes are also on the coach’s wanted list. Aouar is 22-years-old and plays for Olympique Lyon, Paredes is an international player for Argentina and currently plays for Paris Saint-Germain.
