Bayern Munich have accidentally published pictures of Leroy Sane on the Arabic version of their website. The German winger was seen wearing a Bayern Munich shirt and there was a picture of Sane signing his new contract at the German giants. The pictures have been removed, but not before they were picked by social media, including Football Inside.
The German and English media have been talking about the transfer of Leroy Sane for days. The winger was left out of Manchester City‘s squad in their 4-0 win over Liverpool on Thursday and it was reported Sane had been in Munich to undergo his medical. On Thursday evening Bayern accidentally posted pictures of Sane in a Bayern shirt.
Sky Sports report that Bayern have sent their apologies to Manchester after the pictures were leaked. They have been taken off the website, but it is expected that they will be back on for Sane’s presentation on Friday. The winger has reportedly signed a five-year contract and will complete a transfer worth €50 to €60m.
