Internazionale‘s financial department will have some busy days after Goal has confirmed that the club is ready to complete a deal for Alexis Sanchez. The Nerazzurri have already completed a deal for Real Madrid‘s Achraf Hakimi and have made a bid for Chelsea‘s Emerson Palmieri. It is reported that Inter want to complete a transfer for Sanchez this weekend.
The Chilean has been on loan at Inter this season and the United flop has been playing regularly under Antonio Conte. The report claims that Inter and United already have an agreement on a €25m fee, but due to the club’s good relationship, Inter’s CEO Giuseppe Marotta has high hopes to lower the deal under €20m.
Last week Inter announced that Sanchez will finish the season at the club instead of returning to Manchester. However, the Red Devils will not allow Sanchez to stay passed the Serie A season as Inter and Manchester both play in the Europa League. United is afraid that Sanchez could come back to hunt them if both teams progress to the latter stages of the tournament.
