Tottenham reject Juventus’ player swap offer for Tanguy Ndombele

Tottenham Hotspur have rejected a possible swap move for Tanguy Ndombele from Juventus. The Daily Telegraph reports that the Bianconeri have offered former Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey as their part of the deal. However, Jose Mourinho has no interest in signing the Welsh international.

Ramsey signed for Juventus last summer in a free transfer from Arsenal. The midfielder is one of the club’s top earners with €450.000-per-week and Juventus are keen on offloading the midfielder after just a single season after he failed to impress head coach Maurizio Sarri and finds himself on the bench more often than he spends time on the pitch.

Meanwhile, Mourinho does not want Tottenham’s record signing to leave even though the Portuguese had a bust-up with Ndombele earlier this season. It was even reported that the former Olympique Lyon midfielder refused to play under Mourinho, but seeing Ndombele playing for Spurs against Sheffield on Thursday have ended these rumours.
