Internazionale are keen on keeping Italian wonderkid Sebastiano Esposito and are currently preparing to offer him a new contract. Calciomercato.com reports that the Italian giants hope to tie down Esposito after several European giants have shown interest in the striker, including several clubs from the Premier League.
The Italian striker turned 18 earlier this week and is considered to be one of the leading wonderkids in Italian football. He has already made 11 appearances for the first team this season and much is expected from Esposito in the future. His current deal expires in 2022, but Inter are very keen on extending that deal with at least three more seasons while offering him a major wage hike.
Despite a new deal in the making, Esposito could be leaving Inter this summer. The Italians would love to send the striker out on loan to a lower ranked Serie A side to aid in his development. Esposito has to battle Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez for a spot up front with the two strikers scoring a combined 31 goals this season.
