Real Madrid are not interested in signing Neymar this summer, claims Marca. It was speculated that the Spanish giants might be planning to hi-jack a deal now that FC Barcelona have confirmed they will not be pursuing the Brazilian this summer, but a report from Marca claims that Madrid are not interested in Neymar.
Madrid signed Eden Hazard last summer for €100m and the Belgian is seen as the number one player for the position on the left wing. The club also signed Brazilian teenagers Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo Goes to ensure the future of the club for the position of left forward. The report claims that a move for Neymar would be illogical at this point.
With both Barcelona and Madrid dropping out of a possible transfer this summer, it appears that Neymar will have to stay at Paris Saint-Germain for a third season. The Brazilian has been reportedly unhappy at the Parisians and has asked his management to complete a move back to the Spanish La Liga, preferably Barcelona.
