Brazilian forward Hulk is believed to be interested in a return to his former club FC Porto, claims Record. The 34-year-old will be out of contract at his Chinese club Shanghai SIPG in December, at which point he will be free to join up with the current Portuguese champions.
Hulk had his breakout in Europe playing for the Portuguese giants, playing 169 games and scoring 77 goals. During his time with Porto Hulk collected 4 League titles and the Europa League. In 2012 he completed a €40m move to Zenit Sint-Petersburg before moving to China in 2016.
After spending four years at Shanghai Hulk feels the time is right to return to the club where his European adventure began. The report from Record claims that there have already been talks between the club and the Brazilian’s representatives over a possible return in the January transfer window.
