Bayern Munich looking for bargain deal after Norwich City relegation

Bayern Munich are still keen on signing a young and talented right fullback this summer. The German giants have been linked with Ajax defender Sergino Dest in recent months but Sky Germany report that Bayern could now be making a move for Norwich City fullback Max Aarons after the Canaries were relegated from the Premier League.

The young English defender was one of the highlights of Norwich’s season as he impressed with his attacking skills throughout the season. Unfortunately the youngster wasn’t able to save his club from relegation as Norwich went straight back down to the Championship after they finished bottom of the table.

Sky Germany believe that Bayern are looking for make a first offer around €20m for the 20-year-old Aarons, who has a contract with Norwich until the summer of 2024. With a long-term contract and possible other interested clubs, Norwich could be holding Bayern off and demand a higher fee. It is suggested that there is interest from several other Premier League clubs for Aarons.
