Manchester United have cooled their interest in Jack Grealish after the Red Devils learned Aston Villa are demanding €90m for the midfielder. Several reports from England claim that United have decided not to pursue the Aston Villa captain anymore and are fully committed to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho this summer.
Sky Sports report that United and Dortmund have been in talks over the past week and it is expected that the negotiations will continue this week. It is claimed that the English giants are still unwilling to meet Dortmund’s €120m asking price, while the Germans have made clear that they will not be accepting any bids below their valuation.
Meaning that United will have to dig deep in their pockets to land Sancho, which will empty their transfer budget for this summer. After avoiding relegation from the Premier League, Aston Villa are keen on keeping their captain on board for next season and for that reason they have slapped a massive €90m asking price on Grealish.
