Tottenham Hotspur and Southampton have reportedly agreed deals in principle for the transfers of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Kyle Walker-Peters. Sky Sports report that Spurs will pay around €17m for the Danish midfielder, while Walker-Peters will be joining Southampton in a €13m deal.
Hojbjerg has been linked with Tottenham for several weeks despite Southampton accepting a bid from Everton for the midfielder. The midfielder, however, only wanted to join the Spurs and rejected the contract offer from the Toffees. After that Tottenham and Southampton had to agree the terms for a transfer.
The report claims that bonuses and add-ons are still to be negotiated, while both players have to agree personal terms and undergo medicals. It is expected that the clubs will be trying to complete the transfers before the end of the week with announcements expected either on Friday or Saturday.
