David Silva is expected to complete a move to Lazio on Monday. The Spanish midfielder is set to leave Manchester City after his contract will expire later this month and he will then complete a move to the Serie A, reports from Italy have claimed.
Silva extended his stay with City on Friday as Man City beat Real Madrid 4-2 on aggregate in the round of 16 of the Champions League. Silva and his teammates will now be traveling to Portugal to participate in the UEFA’s mini tournament to decide who wins the Champions League this season.
It was expected that Silva would either move back to Spain or complete a move to the Major League Soccer.
