AC Milan have confirmed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will stay for a second season with the club. The Italian giants have confirmed on their website and social media that the 38-year-old forward has signed a new one-year deal with the club, keeping him at Milan until the summer of 2021.
“I am back where I feel at home so now it is time to work hard and push on,” he told Milan TV. “I’m not here to be a mascot. I’m here to get results and get Milan back to where it belongs. Now I’m here from the start of the season so we need to continue our good work.” It has been reported that Ibrahimovic will earn around €7m with this contract.
