Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood could be kicked out of the England national team after the duo was caught bringing girls back to their hotel in Iceland. The duo has been caught in the act after one of the girls filmed both Foden and Greenwood while in their hotels. Both players seem to have breached the COVID-19 quarantine rules and will not travel with the rest of the England squad to Denmark.
The FA have initiated an investigation to find out exactly what has happened but it appears the two England youngsters could be kicked-off the team. Not only did they break the coronavirus-rules, they also contravened the FA’s behavioural rules for players whilst on international duty. While they were looking forward to travel to Denmark, they now appear to be heading home to England.
Greenwood and Foden have already left the England camp as they were absent from the team’s training on Monday. Sources at the national team have confirmed that both players have left the hotel and would be returning to England later on the day. Foden has a two-year-old son and a long-term relationship, Greenwood is single after he broke up with a model in May.
