Sandro Tonali has arrived at the medical centre at AC Milan to undergo his medical ahead of his move to Bresica. The Italian midfielder was caught by fans while he entered the medical centre. Reports have suggested that Tonali will be signed by Milan on a season-long loan from Brescia which will inlude an obligated option to buy.
Tonali had several options in the Serie A, including transfers to Internazionale and AS Roma. Inter even reportedly reached an agreement with Tonali over a four-year contract but then cooled their interest. This put Milan forward as the most likely destination for the 21-year-old playmaking midfielder and it now seems that a confirmation of the deal is coming closer.
Tonali, who is considered as one of the best young midfielders in the Serie A, has made 89 appearances across all competitions for Brescia since graduating to their senior squad back in 2017, scoring six goals and laying on 16 assists. Brescia finished in 19th position in the Serie A last season, relegating to the Serie B. Shortly after the relegation Tonali already confirmed he would be leaving the club during the summer transfer window.
