Bayern Munich are ready to renew their interest in England international Callum Hudson-Odoi. Last year the German giants already wanted to sign the Chelsea winger but failed to reach an agreement with the Blues. Hudson-Odoi then decided to sign a new long-term deal with Chelsea forcing Bayern Munich to look elsewhere. However, the wingers situation at Chelsea has changed and that has alerted Bayern, reports Sky Sports Germany.
Chelsea signed Timo Werner, Kai Havertz and Hakim Ziyech this summer and all these players are able to play as a winger. Playing time for Hudson-Odoi has decreased significantly and it has been reported earlier that the youngster would be ready to move clubs this summer. It is also claimed that Frank Lampard would be willing to accept a loan offer for the winger as he looks for regular playing time.
The 19-year-old is considered as one of the best young players of his generation but he is having difficulties establishing himself at Chelsea. Several clubs have already shown interest in loaning Hudson-Odoi, including RB Leipzig. However, Sky Sports now report that Bayern could also be interested in signing the youngster on loan but only if Chelsea are willing to include an option to buy. It seems unlikely that Chelsea would be willing to accept that proposal.
