Bodo/Glimt striker and Norwegian sensation Jens Petter Hauge has confirmed he is on his way to sign a multi-year deal with AC Milan. The 20-year-old traveled to Milan on Tuesday and it is expected that he will be undergoing a medical on Wednesday before he will be presented to the media as Milan’s latest signing.
Hauge said, “It is clear that it is an incredibly large club. When things here have become a reality in the last few days, then it’s clear that it’s big. I feel that it is achievable to play for the Milan team. It will be exciting to see what the next few days bring. I hope we get it in place. That’s right for all parties. It’s a step I feel I’m ready to take.”
The Norwegian forward has been filling the headlines for the past few weeks as the young striker has been linked with several moves to the Premier League, Eredivisie and Serie A. He has shown a lethal form for his club Bodo/Glimt this season as he scored 14 goals in 17 games and providing 9 assists for his teammates.
