The players of Bayern Munich and new Chelsea star Kai Havertz have return to the squad of Joachim Low for Germany’s upcoming matches in the Nations League. The European giants will take on Turkey in a friendly match before facing Ukraine and Switzerland in the Nations League. For the first international matches in September Low decided to leave out several players.
Bayern stars Manuel Neuer, Niklas Sule, Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka and Serge Gnabry were all rested for the international break in September after they participated in the Champions League final at the end of August. Havertz has also returned to the squad after he left the German training camp in September to complete his transfer to Chelsea from Bayer Leverkusen.
Toni Kroos has also been added to the squad. The Real Madrid midfielder was left by Zinedine Zidane earlier this week for Real’s LaLiga match against Real Valladolid and it is unsure if he is fit enough to face Levante on Sunday. Despite his injury struggles, Low has decided to add the midfielder to his squad for the upcoming international break.
