Chelsea have recently rejected a massive €70m bid from Bayern Munich for Callum Hudson-Odoi, reports the Daily Mail. The German giants are still very keen to sign the young English winger after they already tried to sign him in the January window in 2019. Shortly after Chelsea managed to have Hudson-Odoi sign a new contract but that has not scared off the Germans.
Bayern wanted to sign Hudson-Odoi on a season-long loan with an obligated option to buy him next summer. That price is believed to be €70m. Chelsea have rejected the offer as the Blues still do not want to sell the talented winger. However, they are open to send the youngster on a season-long loan but are adamant that he will return to Stamford Bridge once his loan spell has finished.
Meanwhile the young winger is expected to consider a move away from Chelsea as his playing time seems to decrease even more after the arrival of Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner and Kai Havertz and the development of both Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount. It has been suggested that Bayern will make a new offer before the end of the summer transfer window on Sunday.
