Liverpool had a busy final day of the English transfer market. The Reds announced that four players have left the club, with three loan deals and one permanent transfer. Harry Wilson, Harvey Elliot and Herby Kane will be joining clubs in the Championship, Ben Woodburn has completed a move to the League One.
Several hours before the end of the English transfer window Liverpool have confirmed that Wilson will be joining Cardiff City. The 23-year-old managed to make 31 appearances for Bournemouth in the Premier League but will now be looking at a full season in the Championship.
Elliot has also left the club on loan. The young winger, who has been touted as one of the biggest wonderkids in England has joined Blackburn Rovers. Woodburn, a young striker, has already spent some seasons away on loan and will now be joining Blackpool. Kane is the only player to have left Liverpool on a permanent transfer. He has signed a multi-year contract at Barnsley.
