Juventus are planning to put Cristiano Ronaldo up for sale next summer. The Italians have been suffering from the coronavirus and are fearing that they won’t be able to cover the immens wages of the Portuguese forward. Earlier reports have suggested that Ronaldo would be on his way to Paris Saint-Germain as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe.
Ronaldo will be 36 in February and is nearing the end of his career. Juventus hope that they will be able to sell him next summer, a year before his contract in Turin is set to expire. The Italians paid Real Madrid a €100m transfer fee three years ago and they are hoping to recoup some part of their investment by selling him in the summer of 2021.
And Ronaldo could be on his way to Paris as PSG have started to look for possible replacements for Mbappe. The young French forward has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Real and the rumours of him joining the Spanish giants have been intensifying over the past couple of weeks. Ronaldo would form a new striker partnership with Neymar.
