Bayern Munich defender Niklas Sule dreams of playing in the Premier League for Manchester United, reports Bild. The German international is one of Bayern’s leading players and it seems very unlikely that the Bundesliga giants would ever want to sell the 25-year-old. However, it has been reported that Sule wants to play in the Premier League one day.
Manchester have had their fair share of defensive troubles this season and they are reportedly looking to sign an extra central defender in January. This could also mean that Eric Bailly will be on his way out of the club as the Ivorian has never managed to hold down a first-team place due to poor performances and a series of injuries, including a heavy knee injury.
And it seems that United will definitely have an option in the German Bundesliga if they would make an offer. However, with David Alaba and Jerome Boateng possibly leaving Bayern next summer, it seems highly unlikely that Bayern would approve Sule to leave the club. The German defender has fully recovered from a heavy knee injury he suffered last season and he has been an important player under Hansi Flick since his return.
