Juventus have not cooled their interest in Ajax wonderkid Ryan Gravenberch. According to Tuttosport the Italian giants are ready to make an offer for the talented midfielder ahead of a transfer in the summer of 2022. Juventus are reportedly ready to take advantage of the fact that Gravenberch still hasn’t signed a new contract with Ajax, which could lower the asking price for Gravenberch.
At this point it is uncertain if Ajax would be willing to sell and if they were which transfer fee they would be demanding from an interested club. The 22-year-old has been linked with Juventus in the past, mainly because he is represented by Mino Raiola, the famous Dutch/Italian player agent. This summer he already made PSV starlet Mohamed Ihattaren join Juventus and has been responsible for many transfers to Turin in the past.
It has been suggested that Juventus are keen on building a new team for the future as they target young players aged under 25. In addition to Gravenberch, Dusan Vlahovic (Fiorentina), Giacomo Raspadori (Sassuolo) and Boubacar Kamara (Olympique Marseille) are also on the list of head coach Massimiliano Allegri. Meanwhile, Juventus are keen on removing some of the dead wood from their squad in order to clear out their wage expenses.
